All electric controls are designed in the program. The program can handle complex foil advance calculations. With the precise calculation, the program efficiently improves foil usage;
• The 16 independent heating zones are controlled by an accurate intelligent heating system developed by Hua Tai Machinery. The control system provides variable and even temperature across the embossing plate;
• The grippers are made of special extra hard aluminum alloy, with anode treatment on the surface, ensuring accurate die cutting and embossing, etc. at high speed. The adjustment mechanism, guarantees very accurate control. An imported chain is used for the main gripper transmission, with strength increased accurate stability and prolonged life.
• Pressure regulating system servo drive, it controls on the situations of broken paper and empty hot stamping non normal operation by automatic control, avoid breaking foil, material waste.
